Shipping Information
Domestic Orders
Update as of December 2, 2024: Due to current market conditions, we are experiencing shipping delays of up to one week. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within one week of payment receipt. Once shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon order processing. For expedited shipping or special requests, please contact us directly.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, providing the most economical shipping option. While we aim for timely delivery, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to varying customs processing times in different countries.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon processing your order, but please be aware that tracking is only available while the package is within the United States. Although most international packages arrive within 2–4 weeks, we recommend allowing a full four weeks for delivery before contacting us. Once the package leaves the United States, AJ's Elixirs is not responsible for delays or issues beyond the shipper’s control.

While we strive for perfection, we understand issues may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please notify us within three (3) days of receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
Due to the personal nature of health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used items. If you have questions or concerns before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.
Responsible Use Statement
At AJ's Elixirs, we take pride in creating natural, effective formulations. Our products are free from petrochemicals, phthalates, propylene glycol, mineral oils, silicones, sulfates, synthetic dyes, paraffin, parabens, artificial colors, fragrances, and animal ingredients. However, we do use beeswax (a bee by-product), tree, and nut oils, which may cause adverse reactions in individuals with allergies to these ingredients.
We encourage you to review the ingredient lists carefully and consult your physician if you have any concerns before using our products.
